SOYO SYSTEMS  is a registered establishment incorporated under technocrat scheme of  Government of India and promoted by two Technocrats with sound industrial experience In the field of design / manufacture / errection / commissioning of custom built industrial electrical And electronic control systems. 

The company was founded in 1992 at Jalgaon in the state of Maharashtra. India to operate in the field of industrial electrical and electronics equipments. We started the production of battery Charger. Automatic voltage regulators etc. 

Subsequently the company has tied up with m/s Siemens ltd. For their industrial automation Products like programmable logic controllers. A.C.-.D.C. Variable speed drives, invertors, ups etc.  

They are giving us the technical backup for automation systems. The company is having  Sister concern for  sheet metal fabrication with painting facility using seven tank process as per is-6005 And with spray painting stoving oven, powder coating facility. The company have its own transformer Manufacturing facility. 

SOYO SYSTEMS has received the first award for INDUSTRIAL EXCELLENCE FOR THE YEAR 1996 FROM  MAHARASHTRA STATE GOVERNMENT.  

Ample space (6000 Sq.ft.) is available for panel assembling, wiring and testing. 

Quality Control and Quality Assurance plan :- 

Soyo's quality control starts with an established QA /QC (Quality Assurance/Quality Control)  Place which has been understood and implemented by all its employees. Company has  Got in house facility for its testing. All incoming components/materials are throughly Inspected/tested for specification. In process and stage inspection for fabrication/ painting  Assembly of equipment is of most important. The final equipment goes for various routine  And type test for duties specified. 

The procedure thus adopted for above as mentioned in our plant standard for each items Separately. A number of test have been carried out by experts, third parties on equipments for Degree of protection, assembled PCB's transformers etc. To achieve reliability and quality. We Have got all modern equipment for testing including oscilloscopes, digital multi meter power testing  Bench, current injector H.V. Tester Megger, Load Banks etc.
